When you download a map update, MioMore Desktop/NavDesk will point to the default location for saving maps on your computer: (My) Documents > My Maps. If you saved the maps in a different location when you downloaded them then you will need to change the path so that NavDesk points to the map download.
In order to do so, please ensure you have downloaded any available software updates for your desktop software, by connecting your device to your PC and turning it on, and then opening NavDesk. If there are any updates available you will be offered these via the desktop software. With your device still connected to your PC and NavDesk open, please follow the instructions below to change the path.

Click Tools > Options... > My Maps > Change > select the folder where you’ve saved the maps > OK > OK.
