  Question: Unable to install desktop software onto Mac OS. How do I fix this?

If you are experiencing an error when trying to install any Navman or Magellan desktop software onto your Mac OS PC or laptop, please follow the instructions from Apple in the link below to overcome this issue.



Please note that errors appear because it is a restriction within Apple OS, and not with our desktop software. However this can be easily overcome by a setting change in System Preferences.
